Also for this week meeting talked about website to be updated and issues regards memory to add images and video since our free plan website has come to a maximum upload media, solution is to use a online software to compress large video and images files.

This week's meeting we discussed the status of the CNC Machine project. The team presented system safety and adjustments made to the CNC Machine and the improvement that needs to be made to the system model. Also, discuss the draft paper report and context that needs special attention.

Action Plan:

Include more videos of the CNC Machine in operations.
Work on improving system model safety such as eliminating debris and object collection. Attach vacuum module to spindle mount.
Establish a safety trail and test the average response for the system safety emergency shutoff.
Continue to troubleshoot and work on design engraving precision to be more accurate.
